Runtime language
An Agent revision is the immutable behavior and policy definition pinned to a Session. An idempotently accepted Input advances that Session through one ordered Turn, and every Turn has exactly one terminal outcome.
A model’s Tool call expresses intent only. A Policy may deny it, require human Approval, or issue a bounded Capability grant. A separately recorded Tool execution then attempts the authorized action.
A Product event is a bounded caller-safe observation. A Cursor resumes
observation without making the transport connection the owner of durable work.
