An Agent revision is the immutable behavior and policy definition pinned to a Session. An idempotently accepted Input advances that Session through one ordered Turn, and every Turn has exactly one terminal outcome.

A model’s Tool call expresses intent only. A Policy may deny it, require human Approval, or issue a bounded Capability grant. A separately recorded Tool execution then attempts the authorized action.

A Product event is a bounded caller-safe observation. A Cursor resumes observation without making the transport connection the owner of durable work. The full canonical glossary remains in CONTEXT.md until generated public API reference exists.
